(A) There is hereby created a fund entitled the Waterloo Police Donation Fund which will be administered as follows.
(B) All funds donated to the Police Department shall be deposited into the fund.
(C) The fund shall be used to pay claims for the Police Department for the following:
(1) Office equipment and supplies.
(2) Training equipment.
(3) Firearms training and equipment.
(4) Educational opportunities.
(5) Such other purposes as approved by the Town Council.
