§ 33.01 TOWN MARSHAL.
   (A)   The Town Council shall appoint a Town Marshal and fix the Town Marshal’s compensation.
   (B)   The Marshal shall appoint Deputy Marshals only with the approval of the Town Council.
   (C)   The total number of Deputy Marshals, full- time or part-time, to be appointed by the Marshal shall not exceed five.
