§ 32.16 ADMINISTRATION.
   (A)   The Board of Zoning Appeals shall elect a president and vice-president.
   (B)   A majority of said members shall constitute a quorum.
   (C)   Official Board action requires the authorization of a majority of the Board.
   (D)   The Board shall adopt rules and regulations concerning the filing of appeals and applications for variances and exceptions, giving of notice and conduct of hearings as necessary to carry out its duties.
   (E)   The Board shall keep minutes of its proceedings as provided by law. The Board may meet in the Town Hall.
