§ 32.10 PURPOSE.
   Whereas the town has enacted a zoning ordinance and created a Plan Commission, and whereas a board of zoning appeals is needed to establish a complete zoning plan, it is therefore determined by the Town Council to be in the best interest of the town to create a Board of Zoning Appeals.
