§ 31.52 AUTHORITY AND DUTIES.
   (A)   The Code Enforcement Officer shall have authority to enforce the ordinances contained in Chapter 76 (only); Chapters 90, 94, 95 and 98 (only); Title XI: Business Regulations; and Chapter 132 (only). The authority delegated to the Code Enforcement Officer under this subchapter is not exclusive and as those portions of the code referenced herein can also be enforced by the Town Marshal or any of the code deputies, the Town Manager or any other employee designated by the Town Council.
   (B)   The Code Enforcement Officer shall not have any duties relative to the ordinance contained in Title XV: Land Usage, which contains the town’s zoning chapter, subdivision control chapter and planned development chapter as those duties to be carried out by the Town Manager.
   (C)   The Code Enforcement Officer shall take all such steps as are necessary and permitted to cause the correction of any violation of any code under the Code Enforcement Officer’s jurisdiction.
   (D)   Notwithstanding the provisions herein, the duties and responsibilities of the Code Enforcement Officer shall be subject to the job description created for the position of Code Enforcement Officer.
