§ 152.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF CONTROL.

No plat or replat of a subdivision of land located within the territorial jurisdiction of the Waterloo Plan Commission shall be filed with the Auditor or recorded by the Recorder of DeKalb County until it shall have been approved by the Waterloo Plan Commission, and such approval shall have been entered in writing on the plat by the president and secretary of the Commission.
