Any person who fails, neglects or refuses to comply with this chapter, after having been given five days’ notice, shall, upon conviction be fined in the sum not exceeding $50 per day. In enforcing the provisions of this chapter, the town shall also be entitled to collect reasonable attorney fees and court costs in addition to any other fines and penalties as provided by this chapter and by law.
