(A) The prohibitions as set forth in § 131.30, against sitting on curbs and sidewalks, shall not apply during or immediately prior to any public parade or public celebration for which the proper governmental agency has granted permission.
(B) The prohibitions in this subchapter shall not apply to personnel or business establishments who, during a sidewalk sale, or other such outside sale for which a proper permit has been granted by the town, or for which permission has been granted by the proper governmental agency of the town, may sit on chairs or benches on the sidewalk adjacent to such establishments during such sales.
