§ 110.03 LICENSE FEES.
   (A)   For the sale of any kind of food stuffs, such as meats, smoked or fresh, cereals, breads, tea, coffee, spices, and such other articles of food that are consumed for family use, a license fee of $10 for each day shall be charged and paid to the said town or an annual license fee of $100 per year.
   (B)   For the sale of articles of hardware, garden tools, stoves, ranges, and such articles as are usually sold at a hardware store, a license fee of $15 for each day shall be charged and paid to the said town.
   (C)   For the sale of clothing, for men or women, rugs, carpets, or such merchandise as is usually sold in a general store, a license fee of $25 for each day shall be charged and paid to said town.
   (D)   For the sale of any and all other articles not mentioned in this chapter, a license fee of $10 for each day or fraction of a day shall be charged and paid to the town.
