A public park is established on the ground along the north side of Van Vleek Street, in the said town, formerly used for school purposes, and for the reason of the said grounds, tract or parcel or land having been vacated by the Waterloo-Grant Township Schools, and that the said tract of land having been reconveyed to the town, therefore be it.
