§ 93.06 STORAGE OF COMBUSTIBLES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to store gasoline or any other flammable fluid above ground or below ground on premises situated within residential areas of the fire zone except for heating fuel oil, L.P. gas tanks and gasoline for lawn mowers, and the like, with a limit of approximately five gallons.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to store gasoline or any other flammable fluids in tanks above or below the ground on premises within residential areas of the town for industrial or commercial use.
