§ 93.03 PERMITS.
   Any person, firm or corporation who wants to have an open fire in which any type of material is burned must obtain a permit from the Chief of the Waterloo/Grant Township Fire Department. The Chief shall design a permit form and the information requested by that form shall be furnished by the applicant before a permit can be considered. This permit shall be issued at the discretion of the Chief or his designee, taking into consideration the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of the town, the location of the fire, the material to be burned, and any other such matters that the Fire Chief, in his discretion, deems important in considering the issuance or denial of a permit.
