(A) No person, firm or corporation shall kindle or maintain any bonfire, rubbish fire or outdoor fire of any type other than a moderate cooking fire within the fire zone and as otherwise provided in this subchapter.
(B) The use of burn barrels will be permitted within the fire zone, but said burn barrels must be covered with a wire mesh of adequate size to keep particles from blowing out, provided, that the use of burn barrels is prohibited on business properties, commercial properties and in trailer courts.
