§ 90.11 DOGS PROHIBITED AT LARGE.
   (A)   No owner or keeper of any dog shall permit such dog to run at large at any time of day or night.
   (B)   Every person violating division (A) above shall be fined $50 per incident plus any court costs and attorney fees incurred.
