§ 90.03 ANIMALS AT LARGE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person or corporation owning, possessing, harboring, or having the care of any animal to allow said animal to run at large on the streets of this city unless securely fastened or controlled. Any animal shall be defined to include the following by way of description and not in limitation of cattle, horses, mules, swine, sheep, goats, cats, dogs and poultry. The Chief of Police or authorized officer of the town is authorized and directed to take up and impound any animal found roaming at large within the corporate limits of said town, and cause to be delivered to the DeKalb County Humane Society which Society shall then hold said animal pursuant to its rules, regulations, and schedule of fees.
