§ 73.23 IMPOUNDING UNLICENSED BICYCLES.
   It shall be the duty of the Town Marshal to take and impound any unlicensed bicycle operated in violation of the terms of this subchapter and to keep it impounded until it is properly licensed and equipped with a license plate.
