§ 73.20 EXPIRATION OF LICENSE.
   (A)   Upon the termination of any bicycle license, a new license for a new owner of the bicycle shall cost a fee of $0.50.
   (B)   Any new license to a new owner of a bicycle shall be effective until there is another change in ownership.
