§ 73.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BICYCLE. Any foot propelled vehicle, irrespective of the number of wheels in contact with the ground. A bicycle which is primarily foot propelled but has an auxiliary motor of no more than one horsepower shall be considered a bicycle and not a motor vehicle.
   BIKEWAY. That part of the especially constructed concrete path adjacent to the highway formerly known as State Highway #427 within the City of Auburn and running generally north and south from the City of Auburn, Indiana, into the Town of Waterloo, Indiana, parallel and on the southeast side of State Highway #427, running by designation to the intersection with Cedar Street in Waterloo, Indiana.
   MOTOR VEHICLE. Any vehicle which is self- propelled or propelled by other than human power. MOTOR VEHICLE includes motorcycles and motor bikes.
   VEHICLE. Every devise in, upon, or by which any person or property is or may be transported or drawn upon a highway or bikeway.
