§ 72.19 SNOW ROUTE CONTROL SIGNS.
   (A)   The town shall post the following sign:
      15 feet in front of any cul-de-sac in the town of Waterloo, Indiana.
   (B)   It is hereby declared illegal for anyone to park in a cul-de-sac, or within 15 feet in front of the cul-de-sac, in the town when there has been a two-inch snow, and until the snow removal is completed. Violators may have their vehicles towed and be subject to a fine.
