(A) Parking shall be permitted without charge in the town parking lot between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight. No overnight parking between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 7:00 a.m. shall be permitted. The parking lot is provided for the use by those patronizing the business establishments and governmental offices in the downtown area. Residents of the downtown area and surrounding areas shall not be permitted to use the parking lot for their personal residential parking.
(B) All traffic shall enter from the west end of the parking lot and exit from the east end.
(C) No vehicle larger than a pick-up truck shall be permitted in or upon the parking lot, provided however, that the truck or trucks used by the contractor providing the recycling services upon the parking lot shall be permitted to drive in and upon the parking lot, but only for the purposes of conducting and carrying on its recycling business.
(D) Two parking spots shall be reserved for town police cars at the southeast corner of the lot.
(E) The Town Marshal and the Street Superintendent are hereby authorized to erect signs and stripe the parking lot in accordance with the terms of this section.
