The parking of automobiles and other vehicles on the streets within the corporate limits of the town shall, except where parking is prohibited, be parallel with the curb or street line, except on North Wayne Street between its intersection with Van Vleek and Marion Streets, where parking shall be at an angle as marked with the curb or street line, parking at the corners within these boundaries shall be parallel with the curb.
