(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be subject to the penalty provided in this section.
(B) Any person who shall continue any violation of § 51.100 (G) beyond 90 days after official notice by certified mail to do so shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $10 for each violation. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
