§ 51.004 SUPERSEDING OF CONFLICTING PROVISIONS AND ORDINANCES.

This chapter is supplemental to other rules, regulations, charges and fees of the town. The provisions of any ordinances previously or in existence at the time of the adoption of this chapter and rules or regulations that may be in conflict with this chapter are superseded by this chapter to the extent a conflict exists.
