2-1-1: COMMISSION CREATED:
There is hereby created a planning, programming and zoning commission for the city. The commission shall have all duties and powers assigned or delegated to it within this code, the Iowa Code 1 , ordinance 2479, as amended, or any other rules and regulations. (Ord. 4916, 6-23-2008)
