7-8-8: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
A violation of this chapter or any rule or regulation thereof shall be punished as a municipal infraction and fined as provided in subsection 1-3-2C of this code. (Ord. 4340, 2-22-1999; amd. 2001 Code)
