§ 53.20 COMPENSATORY ACTION.

In lieu of enforcement proceedings, penalties, and remedies authorized by this chapter, the Department may impose upon a violator alternative compensatory actions, such as storm drain stenciling, attendance at compliance workshops, watershed cleanup, or other related activities.
