§ 32.15 RATE BILL; WARRANT FOR COLLECTION.
   (A)   Whenever any tax has been laid, the Mayor shall prepare and sign a proper rate bill therefor.

   (B)   The Mayor shall cause the rate bill with a proper warrant for the collection of the tax to be delivered to the Tax Collector.

   (C)   In accordance with the general statutes, the Collector shall issue a warrant for the collection of any sums due on the rate bills; however, failure to send out any such bill or statement shall not invalidate the tax.
   (D)   The Collector may permit collection of taxes by credit card in accordance with the requirements of the general statutes.
