§ 158.02 LOTS NOT TO BE SOLD UNTIL SUBDIVISION APPROVED.
   In any subdivision of land, as defined by the General Statutes, no lot or parcel of land in the subdivision shall be sold until approval of the subdivision has been received from the City Plan Commission and the Board of Aldermen and the subdivision plat has been duly recorded in the office of the City Clerk.
