§ 156.48 WATER SERVICE PIPE; SECOND HAND PIPE AND FIXTURES.
   The water service pipe to any building shall be of sufficient size to permit a continuous ample flow of water on all floors at a given time and in no case shall the service pipe be less than three-fourths inch. The use of second hand pipe to convey water for domestic purposes is prohibited. The Plumbing Inspector may require an affidavit to be filed with the permit to install any second hand plumbing fixture, and in each case the applicant shall be required to furnish a history of each fixture. No permit shall be issued for the installation of any second hand plumbing fixture that has been used in connection with any contagious disease.
