§ 156.40 HEIGHT OF PIPES ABOVE ROOF.
   All soil, waste and vent pipes shall be carried at least two feet above roof or building, and the top left open and protected with a wire screen. No pipes above roof shall be less than two inches in diameter. Vent pipes may branch into soil or waste pipes above the highest fixture if desirable. No opening of soil, vent, waste or leader pipes shall come in such a position as to render liable to contamination the air of any neighboring window.
