§ 156.39 QUALITY, SIZE AND GRADE OF PIPE FROM HOUSE TO SEWER. 
   The portion of the drain outside the building and more than three feet from wall of same shall be of best quality extra heavy iron soil pipe of sufficient size not less than four inches in diameter. The grade from building to sewer shall be straight and true as far as practicable and shall not, in any place, be less than one-fourth inch to one foot.
