§ 156.07 ORDERS TO REPAIR SYSTEM.
   Whenever the City Engineer shall find that the drainage system of any building is defective either in design, construction or quality of material used to such extent as may be injurious to the health of the inhabitants of the building, he shall have the power to order the drainage system repaired, changed or rebuilt to meet the requirements of this chapter.
