§ 156.06 TESTS. 
   After all branches to fixtures have been run, but before fixtures are connected, all openings shall be closed securely and all lines of soil and waste pipe tested by air pressure, water pressure or by other adequate tests satisfactory to the City Engineer. After all fixtures are connected and in place the entire system shall be tested in the presence of the City Engineer, or his representative, by the peppermint test, smoke test or other method approved by the City Engineer.
