§ 156.04 MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP GENERALLY.

All materials shall be of good quality and free from defects of any kind, and the work shall be executed in a thorough and workman-like manner. All of the work and the style and design of the pipes, drains, fresh air inlets, water closet and vent pipes shall be in all respects satisfactory to the City Engineer, and placed and finished to his acceptance.
