§ 156.02 INTERPRETATION OF PROVISIONS.

Any question as to the intent and meaning of the provisions of this chapter shall be decided by the City Engineer; provided that, any person dissatisfied or aggrieved by his decision may appeal to the Board of Aldermen, whose decision shall be final.
