§ 154.039 HOT WATER HEATING EQUIPMENT. 
   (A)   Whether supplied by the owner or the tenant, the hot water heating equipment necessary to provide hot water required by this subchapter shall be properly installed and connected and shall be maintained in safe and good working condition, and shall be capable of heating water to such a temperature as to permit adequate amount of water to be drawn at every required kitchen sink, lavatory basin, bathtub or shower at a temperature not less than 120°F.
   (B)   The water-heating facilities shall be capable of meeting the requirements of this section when the dwelling, dwelling unit, rooming house or rooming unit heating facilities required under the provisions of §§ 154.069 and 154.105 are not in effect.
