§ 152.04 ADMINISTRATION.
   The Chief Executive Officer of the Waterbury Development Corporation is hereby authorized and empowered to:
   (A)   Administer the provisions of this chapter in a manner consistent with the provisions of the Charter, applicable state laws and regulations.
   (B)   To enter into contracts, in accordance with the provisions of § 152.05 with appropriate parties for the fixing of tax assessments on the improvements to qualifying properties in keeping with the intent of the relevant state statutes and this chapter.
   (C)   To request, petition, and appeal to local governing bodies, to the State of Connecticut and to the United States government for the suspension or waiver of local, state, and federal regulations or rules affecting residents or enterprises located within the enterprise zone when such Chief Executive Officer determines that such suspension or waiver is consistent with intent of state law and this chapter.
   (D)   To enter into contracts with appropriate third party agencies, nonprofit developers, and consultants and to engage employees and agents and enter into interagency agreements for the efficient and timely prosecution of the intent of this enactment.
