§ 150.05 COSTS OF INDEPENDENT REVIEW OF BUILDING DESIGN.
   Where the General Statutes mandate that the local building official hire independent architectural or engineering consultants to review construction plans, the costs of the independent plan review shall be assessed against the permit applicant prior to receipt of a certificate of occupancy.
