Any provision of this chapter or other ordinance or regulation which prescribes a standard or requirement not prescribed by the Building Code adopted by § 150.01, or whenever the standard or requirement imposed under this chapter or ordinance or regulation is higher or more strict than that required under the Building Code, the standard or requirement imposed by this chapter or ordinance or regulation shall prevail.
