§ 122.58 NOTIFICATION OF PROVISIONS AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
   The Director of Health shall make all efforts to inform through all media outlets, including mailed copies, licensed barbers/cosmetologists doing business in the city concerning the provisions of this chapter and the effective date.
