§ 122.50 HYGIENE OF OPERATORS.
   (A)   No person known to be affected with any communicable disease in an infectious stage shall engage in barbering, hairdressing or cosmetology, and no person so affected shall be employed as a barber, hairdresser or cosmetician.
   (B)   The hands of the operator shall be thoroughly washed with soap and warm water and dried on single use paper towels before serving each customer and immediately after using the toilet, or after eating.
   (C)   Operators shall not eat or drink while providing services to a customer.
   (D)   Operators, licensed personnel, nail technicians and all other shop/salon personnel shall wear clean, washable or disposable garments.
