§ 122.45 TOWELS.
   (A)   Clean, properly laundered or disposable single-use towels shall be used for each patron.
   (B)   (1)   All linens and towels shall be deposited, after each patron, in a covered, cleanable receptacle, which can be readily emptied and cleansed.
      (2)   Receptacles shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
      (3)   Chemically-soiled towels and linens shall be stored in fire-retardant containers.
   (C)   Clean towels and linens shall be stored off the floor in a clean, protected location.
   (D)   An approved sanitizing agent shall be used when washing towels and linens on the premises.
