(A) It is prohibited to use or store the following items in an establishment:
(1) A lancet or any other device used to break the skin;
(2) A razor blade (Credo blade) callus shaver;
(3) Shaving brushes, shaving mugs and brush neck dusters; and
(4) Any substance banned by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), including, but not limited to, liquid methyl methacrylate monomer (MMA) and methalyne chloride.
(B) Materials to stop the flow of blood may be used only in liquid or powdered form.
