(A) The Director of Health may revoke or refuse to renew the permit of any person for serious or repeated violations of any of the provisions of this chapter, or for interference with the Director of Health in the performance of official duties, or for cases where the permit to operate has been obtained through nondisclosure, misrepresentation or intentional misstatement of a material fact.
(B) Appeals of the revocations or non-renewals shall be filed pursuant to Conn. Gen. Stat. § 19a-229.
