§ 115.07 TIME RESTRICTION ON REISSUANCE OF FRAUDULENTLY OBTAINED PERMIT.
   In the event that any permittee obtains his permit by fraud or false representations or with intent to circumvent the provisions of this chapter, or the state statutes on the matter, he will be disqualified from again obtaining the permit for a period of one year thereafter.
