§ 115.04 CHILDREN ON PREMISES.
   (A)   No permittee, by himself or by his agents or servants, shall permit any person between the ages of 12 and 16, unless accompanied by his parents or some adult, to enter or be in any hall, room or place in which the permittee is operating or promoting bingo games, and no person under the age of 12 shall be permitted to participate or assist in the conduct, management or promotion of the games.
   (B)   No permittee, by himself or by his agents or servants shall permit any child under the age of 12 years to enter or be in any hall, room, or place in which the permittee is operating or promoting bingo games.
