(A) All persons licensed to sell at auction under the provisions of Conn. Gen. Stat. § 21-2, shall pay therefor a license fee as provided in § 116.07.
(B) The fee shall be turned over to the Tax Collector who shall deposit the same with the City Treasurer to the account of the city.
