The sale or consumption, or the presence in glasses or other receptacles suitable to permit the consumption of liquor by an individual, of alcoholic liquor in hotels, restaurants and clubs having a liquor permit, is permitted with meals on Sundays, between the hours of 12:00 noon and 9:00 p.m.
