§ 111.03 ADVERTISED ITEMS TO BE SOLD.

No merchandise or article of merchandise, advertised for sale in the manner above specified, shall be refused any customer for the advertised price during the period for which the merchandise is advertised as long as the merchandise or article of merchandise shall remain unsold.
