§ 111.01 QUANTITY OFFERED TO BE STATED IN ADVERTISING.
   No person doing business in the city with intent to sell or dispose of merchandise, shall advertise for sale in a newspaper or other advertising medium, or display signs advertising for sale, any merchandise or article of merchandise unless the advertisement or sign shall state the number or quantity of the merchandise or article of merchandise to be offered for sale, except that, when the quantity of each article of merchandise so advertised shall be less in value than $25, it shall not be necessary to state the number or quantity of the merchandise or articles of merchandise to be offered for sale.
